K9-V

K9 dei Volsci (K9-V) was born from the passion for cynophilia handed down from generation to generation in the breeding of the cynotechnical center, becoming over time a national and international reference point in the sector. Since 2021, Trade Company and K9-V have been collaborating in partnership in K9 activities. In 2023, K9-V and Trade Company developed and patented an exclusive and innovative method of “Free Handler Mode Conduction via UAV/UGV/USV or radio frequencies” (patent no. 102022000011069). This method involves sending the dog forward in total autonomy, guided only by technology. In fact, in addition to traditional leash management, K9-V trains dogs to be conducted by using basic technology (laser pointer) or advanced technology (drone, robot, etc.). K9-V has developed innovative training methods, always respecting animal welfare, which, by combining dog’s high olfactory memory with the most modern technologies, allow the achievement of excellent performances in the following activities:

– EDD (Explosive Detection Dog), that includes: NATO/NON NATO explosives, IED (Improvised Explosive Device) and HME (Home Made Explosive)

– Electronic Device Detection

– Other (eg. drugs, missing people, corps, etc.)
